Director of Operations Dustin Divinia has broad experience in process control, having commissioned over 100 SCR systems worldwide and designed over 300. At Vector Systems, Dustin is responsible for the entire staff including engineering and field teams, the implementation of policies and procedures for design, project management and fabrication of all projects. Prior to joining Vector, he was a project engineer, and engineering manager at a competitor where he led a team of over twenty employees. There he was recognized with a Chairman’s Award as the individual whose achievements most positively impacted the company.
Divinia has specialized knowledge in the areas of Selective Catalytic Reduction systems (SCR) used on boilers, combined cycle generation, simple cycle generation, diesel generator sets, coal boilers and other combustion sources.
Divinia earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Texas Tech University.
